Gas Prices Blamed for Late Credit Payments
Last month returned stuff to mall because of this, thinking about all bills-cell phones,cable, rent/mortgage and so on and how this one has blown up so much. People cancelled at conference because too expensive, 25 mile trip from Chapel Hill to Raleigh doesn't seem as worthwhile especially with dicey public transit.
"The rise in gas prices is really stretching budgets to the breaking point for some people," the association's chief economist, Jim Chessen, said in an interview. "Gas prices are taking huge chunks out of wallets, leaving some individuals with little left to meet their financial obligations."
