Skimming through awesome book called Visualization for Change.
Example for pleasure/positive thinking: Can't lose point of view
means that you should be prepared to accept any outcome and make the best of it. It allows you to let go of the attachment to a rigid view of black and white results. It allows you to be more open,relaxed and flexible. Ultimately taking the "Can't Lose" point of view means that you will tend to visualize the whole universe as a positive, expanding, welcoming place, full of energy and potential.

Rules of Goal-Setting: Be specific; set short, medium and long range goals; set different types of goals (material, personal, educational); Explore, uncover and remove internal obstacles; Get support; Review and revise goals

Lack of motivation: make up reward for studying and passing tests
