Interesting week. Finally finished with class. Project turned out to be such a pain and am so relieved it's over. Still stressing out about whether or not to graduate in December, so guess I'll see how summer classes go. A lot of end of year goodbyes--two banquets, Wanda's retirement party and people giving their final presentations. Nominated Wanda for award at MiCs banquet so fun to see her get acknowledged.
Mom was sad because Michito had to be put to sleep because he had cancer. Such a surprise since nothing seemed to be wrong with him, but all of a sudden he just stopped eating and got really weak. We hadn't realized he was that old--12--but she seems to have taken it rather well after the initial tearfulness.
Talked to Joe a while--turns out Bob went to Mexico. Funny in a way that he didn't tell me, especially since H called me twice this week after midnight thinking he had gone off on a trip with a new girlfriend.
Went to see Weird Al concert last night. A lot of fun--just what I needed after such a week. Opening comedian was really bad--boos after bashed Dale Earnhart. Al was funny--a lot of same material but also new songs and segments from AlTV. A lot of costume changes--especially imitating rappers. Big smile on his face afterwards--must be great to have a career where you can have so much fun. Appreciated the band a little more after watching "School of Rock" last week. Many Al veterans based on the t-shirts and people talking along with the segments from the 80s word for word.
