Turning into a gadget girl. Went to overstock.com to get some books, happy because I found they were on sale with free shipping and all. Then I had to get distracted and wander to the electronics section. Ended up getting a digital camera for $109. I had second thoughts about it and called back, but just 2 hours later, in the late evening, they had already sent the order to the warehouse and it was too late to cancel. What's more, even if I refused the order, I would still get charged a 15% restocking fee. So I'm taking a little comfort in the fact that it's actually $10 more expensive on the site today and I can use the time in Barcelona to play around with it and see if I like it. I feel kind of weighted down somehow--now with a laptop and digital camera, I have much more to hang on to when I'm traveling.
