Just came back from seeing a South African documentary on the role music played in the struggle against apartheid. It was so powerful. I just can't believe people can live through such horrible conditions. I almost wanted to cry afterwards.
Ate lunch with Meghna and walked back from Marta with Chanti and Pyush so socialized more than usual. Oscar schedule for fall out, finally decided to go to Barcelona for the summer so am all excited and wondering where to visit while I'm there. Planning on graduating in December but still not sure if I should graduate sooner or later. Can't help feeling like I'd be more skilled if I had stayed in Chicago and gone to College of Dupage.
Saw "Bend it Like Beckham" on Wednesday with Pyush. Fun movie, but marred by really crappy quality DVD. "Lost in Translation" was definitely one I wouldn't mind seeing again--it captured the sort of surreal alone quality of being in a totally alien environment.
