What a whirlwhind. Woke up at 4 am to take bus back from Mexico to El Paso. Thought would take forever because of security but was really quick and got there at 10 am, almost 5 hrs before flight. Asked about earlier flights and amazingly enough got on two overbooked flights in a row as standby. Sat next to woman who told me about how she was getting a divorce, interested in someone new, etc. Better than the in-flight movie, not that I paid the $5 for the headset.

Last few days, mostly visiting Mom's friends, Lupita (with 2 kids and cute poodle who latched on to me), hanging with Susy. Hard to belive that's behind us now.
